In the gripping 2022 action-thriller Noise, the isolated Shishikari Island stands on the brink of revitalization, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Keita Izumi (Tatsuya Fujiwara). As he cultivates a new cash crop—black figs—hopes for a 5 billion yen government grant spark excitement among the dwindling population.
